It is not uncommon, as you well know, to find "roadblocks" that hinder advancement of an institution. Bob does this through conversations, meetings, presentations and reports. For example, I often ask to meet with key faculty, staff and administrators, especially those who are perceived as being the key 'detractors' to marketing.
